I’m almost at retirement age, what do I need to do to prepare? Retirement is a time to relax and enjoy all of your hard work. Financial Challenges
After the death of a spouse, will I need a lawyer? Depending on the circumstances, your first step may be finding or getting access to financial documents such as a birth certificate, marriage certificate, proof of military service, will, trust account and the like. For complicated estates, a lawyer may be essential. It may not be necessary for estates with few assets and heirs who communicate well. I just lost my job, what do I do? Losing your job can be difficult. But, remember, you are your own best advocate. You have many strengths and past successes. Think about them and how you may use your strengths best when looking for another position. It is also important to get your finances in order and apply for unemployment if you are eligible. Is there a fee? There is no fee for most of the online Wealth Empowerment articles and resources. However, some of the more in-depth financial education courses have nominal fees ranging from $20 to $70.
